Are you planning to go on a trip with your family and friends anytime soon? If you hope to preserve those great memories that you will be having with your friends and family, then get ready to take lots and lots of pictures as well as collect other things that you can use as great scrapbooking material once you go back home.

There are actually different types of travel scrapbooks that you can try to do, here are a few suggestions that you might want to try:

· Journal type travel scrapbook: are you the type of person who likes write? Do you keep a journal or a blog just so you have something to keep your thoughts and experiences in? Then you might want to try out a journal type of travel scrapbook. Just get yourself a big enough journal – preferably hardbound and with no lines and just fill it up with all of your fondest travel memories. To make your journal look more appealing, make sure that you put in lots of nice pictures and mementos to accompany your text.

· Photo album type scrapbook: if you are not that good with words, a photo album type of scrapbook is the easiest way for you to creatively store your travel pictures and create a unique souvenir of your trip. Just make sure though that when you go on vacation, you take lots of pictures. You can also try out different types of formats for your photographs to give your scrapbook some more style.
